How it started…

Angela riding clients horseAngela had always loved horses and when she was 11 she took her first riding lesson, from that moment on Angela knew horses would always be a major part of her life. When Angela was 12 she went to many Natural Horsemanship Clinics and when she was 13 she went to Colorado to study under Pat Parelli for two weeks. Angela continued her education taking lessons at the Diettrich Farm where she became the head counselor of the summer camp program for 5 years.

Angela graduated from University of Wisconsin River Falls with a Bachelor’s Degree in Animal Science Equine Management. She has been riding for many years, learning from a variety of instructors, which has culminated into her unique and rewarding teaching style. She is eager to learn as much as she can and looks forward to “working with horses and humans.” She began with barrel racing her Appaloosa mare, and then progressed into natural horsemanship. Schooling followed where she gained knowledge in reining allowing her to participate in the colleges “Colts inTraining” program for four semesters. Upon graduation she traveled to audit and participated in many different colt starting and horsemanship programs including Lee Smith and Buck Brannaman, unparalleled horsewoman and horseman who were predecessors to one of the founders of horsemanship, Ray Hunt.

Trail RideAngela is now participating in Dressage and Jumping lessons to allow a better understanding of the English disciplines.

Angela graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in May of 2010. She then decided to further her education and attend an Equine Massage Therapy course. In addition to the course Angela shadowed an Equine Massage Therapist for additional training. Over the past 9 years Angela has added many modalities to her massages.  She now includes essential oils, Light Emitting Frequency Technology and Intuitive connection in her bodywork sessions. She has named this type of session the “the wholistic horse.” She also touches on nutrition and biomechanics with the owners.

Angela has started her own business and is now ready to offer her knowledge to the Equine World.

Angela is continuing her spiritual journey with her work in the areas of Spiritual and Emotional Healing.  She has learned how to use Rain Drop therapy to help horses suffering from spiritual, emotional and physical issues.  She has also become a certified Emotion Code Practitioner, which is a type of energy healing! She hopes to continue her work in the intuitive areas to support all pieces of her business.
